• Rising 7th Grade Immunization Information: Prior to your child entering seventh grade, you will have to provide official documentation that your child has received the Tdap booster and the first dose of the Meningococcal ACWY vaccination. When your child receives the immunizations, please bring documentation to your school nurse. Your doctor’s office or immunization clinic will not forward this information to the school. The Tdap and Meningococcal documentation MUST be received BEFORE the start of school. Your child will NOT receive a schedule until the school has the required documentation.
