Library

Welcome to our library! Whether you’re a parent, student, or teacher, you’ll find loads of information in Lindsay's Library Media Center. Come on down to check out a book, read a magazine, or access the Internet.

The mission of the Lindsay Library Media Center is to ensure that students and staff are independent and effective users of ideas and information.

Library Policies and Procedures:

Information for Students -

Passes: Each student must carry an individual pass when coming to the library unless accompanied by a teacher.  Throughout the school day, an agenda pass will be acceptable. The purpose for visiting the library should be noted on the pass.

Behavior: Many people use the library throughout the day, students are asked to keep their voices down. Gum, food, and drink are not allowed in the library. Dress code is enforced in the library. During an emergency, students must remain silent to listen for further instructions.

Check Out Procedures: Students are allowed to check out two books at one time. The check out period is for two weeks. Books may be renewed only if done so before the due date. Students are responsible for lost or damaged books.
